What is embodiment?

Embodiment is…

  • Being in your body

  • Tuning into the sensations of your physical self

  • Becoming aware of your nervous system and how it is impacted by your thoughts, feelings, and experiences

  • A way of moving energy, emotions, and past traumas through your body

  • Perceiving the interaction between your body and the environment

  • A powerful practice for transformation and healing

Embodiment helps you gain deep wisdom that is meaningful. It is part of the process of transforming pain into purpose. It helps you to learn from your experiences and increase your resilience to life’s hardships. It helps you move beyond patterned reactive behaviour and into more intentional responsive action.

And so much more.
